Copenhagen 15/7 2023. 44 clean from Meny, Industrivej, Løkken. Black can with a breaking orange chain with the word "Trust" interfering.
Pours unclear amber with a mid-sized white head. Settles as a 0,2 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, fermented, fruity odor mingling with subtle citric scent. Sweet, fermented mango and peach. Whiff of alcohol. Grapefruit and lemon. Touch of resin.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily. soft. almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitternes. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Solid and not too boozy DIPA.
