Copenhagen 27/4 2023. 44 cl can from BeerShoppen webshop. Grey can in VHS cassette style with colorful stripes.
Pours opaque hazy yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of stone fruits and a more sharp citric scent. Peach and apricot. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, a bit creamy, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Gentle DIPA with a bitter bite.
