Copenhagen 27/1 2023. 44 cl can from Craft Makers Collective web-shop. Some sweatpants crackling with electricity on the can.
Pours opaque hazy slightly dirty yellow with a big white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin remnants of foam floating about. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light fruity sweet odor mingling with a more prominent tart citric scent. Peach and pear. Tart citrus and lemon.
Strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a bit thin and watery. Lingers shortly. Finish is rather dry.
A tad thin - but nice and bitter.
