Copenhagen 2/ 2022. 44 cl can from Craft Makers Collective web-shop. The can is madeout to look like a newspaper including photos of a very thirsty Bigfoot and stories of a Sasquatch hunting for beers.
ours opaque hazy, pale yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with an odor of sweet stone fruit mingling with mild citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Resin. Lime and citrus.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a somewhat stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and bit searing. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Nondescript nose but it does take bitter revenge when it comes to flavor.
