Refreshingly fruity sour ale. Brewed with generous amounts of black currant puree and orange juice giving it an almost sorbet-like flavour.

Copenhagen 5/5 2022. 44 cl can from Craft Makers Collective web-shop. A lot of orange broken bones whirling about om a purple background.
Pours opaque, murky burgundy with big pink head. Bubbly. Settles as thin patches foam floating about unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet odor of ripe berries mingling with citrus fruit. Blackberries and currants. Oranges and a light touch of citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with medium strong sweetness followed by slightly stronger citric sourness. Aftertaste is tart. A bit watery. Lingers shortly. Finish is watery.
Fairly well-balanced for Sour brew and a tad thin.
