Take a big bite of hops on a crisp malt base and you've got a grapefruit and passionfruit IPA that will drive you dental.

Copenhagen 25/11 2021. 33 cl can from Fish & Beer, Amagerbrogade, Kbh. S. Green dragon gnawing a bone on the black can.
Pours unclear yellow with a big white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe fruit mingling with citrus fruits. Ripe gooseberries, peach and pineapple. Lemon and citrus.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, creamy, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and pretty light. Lingers for a bit. Finish is fairly dry.
Solid Indian Pale Ale with a fair balance and a nice citric streak.
