A rich yellow, bright beer with superb clarity. Aromas of toast and dough, honey and spice and light floral finish. Festbier is a very clean, medium bodied, smooth and creamy beer with medium carbonation. There is a soft sweetness of dough with a hint of very light toast, finishing very clean lingering bitterness balanced perfectly by the malt.
