This unique wet-hopped Pale Ale is loaded with freshly harvested Cascade hops from Maple Bay Hop Farm. The hops are quickly transported across-island into our Brew Kettle for maximum freshness. Brewed as a SMASH (Single Malt and Single Hop) the distinctive and fragrant characteristics of the hop farm’s “terroir” are fully showcased.

Single can from brewery - had on tap initially at the brewery.
Cloudy pale yellow golden pour with two fingers of foamy white head.
Aroma of citrus, cut grass; a touch leafy with a decent floral burst, grainy malt.
Tastes grassy with hints of lemon, citrus - again floral and leafy - a bit green with a gentle bitterness.
Relatively light mouthfeel with soft carbonation and a grassy citrus finish.
Brighter on tap but very drinkable still.
