Sampling this cold 16oz (473 ml) can poured into a plastic sample cup. Picked up at NB liquor store cooler about 30 minutes before I cracked the can open.
The beer pours a fairly clear and bright golden color with a bleached white head of 1 cm foaming up. This foam is fed by several slow streams of carbonation. The foam fades slowly and leaves some scattered lattice on my glass.
The aroma is some grainy malt and a bit of floral honey mixing with some light herbal tea hops.
First sip reveals a very light body and fine tingly carbonation. Smooth almost watery texture and this beer drinks easy on a warm day here in Tantramar.
Flavor is similar to the nose and is fairly mild overall. I get a bit of grainy malt and then this moves to a hint of sweet honey and just as quickly finishes with some grassy hop finish that lingers with a bit of bitterness. Very dry on my palate for the finish.
Very easy drinker and a decent beer, Id drink again.
