Cask. Sparkler used. A clear gold with a very thin yet distinct head.
A light biscuit malt and citrus on the nose.
The hops are more forward upon tasting. The malt and cereals which are present provide balance.
Cask conditioned feel. Quite dry.
Yet another golden ale that requires it's own style. A worthy local CAMRA winner.
