Sidereal Farm Brewery

Outstanding place with a crew of tremendous people. Small bar area with a bit of a funky walk through the brewery area to a small dining room right outside their koelschip. Lots of outdoor space with a huge fire pit. The staff was welcoming and super enthusiastic about what they do. Talked with the owner, head brewer, microbiologist, and assistant brewer. Thursday is Burger day and the burgers were very good. Great representation of what they do available on tap. Plenty of variety in cans and bottles to go as well. Edit to add - we had dinner there recently and the food is absolutely amazing. We had burgers on a previous visit, but dinner was fine dining flavors at bargain prices. We've been twice and don't understand why it's not jammed with people.
