This light wheat ale is a play on Budweiser, as it is meant to be a light easy drinking brew. However, it is an all malt ale.
Poured a light copper hue with a one and a half finger foamy white head. There was very good lacing and retention.
The smell featured a light lemon zest, some soft wheat malt and a decent dose of noble hop.
The taste consisted of soft biscuity grain, a punchy lemon zest and mild yeast esters. The finish was doughy as well.
The mouthfeel was clean and crisp with a dry finish.
Overall a very sessionable and quaffable ale. I wouldn't mind a name change however.
