This mack-daddy of a Belgian Quad was aged in Apple Brandy barrels for a little over two years. At 12% ABV, it makes for a great noon time starter.

On tap at the brewery's taproom in Easley, SC.
This clear, reddish-brown Quad has been subjected to aging in a brandy barrel. Consequently, it has a wonderful aroma in which woody, brandy, and Belgian yeast notes mix nicely. The flavor and mouthfeel don't fair quite as well because it's quite boozy.
Improved with warming.
