BONDI THICC, it’s a Juicy, Hazy IPA. Heaps of Amarillo, Centennial and Galaxy hops brewed with some weirdo super yeast known as Kveik Espe, and that makes it super awesomer?
Could it be the Thiccest of all the Hazys...???????
BONDI - The beer for drinking.
[try not to do too much else with it]

From the Boozebud Advent Calendar 2022 day 8. Drunk in February 2023.
L: an orange-yellow sunset in the glass, with a brilliant white head and a vast stampede of bubbles in the stem of the IPA glass. A very pretty beer
S: Piney, hoppy and juicy strawberry, lychee and orange on the nose. This beer smells wonderful!
T: if you're an Aussie, this beer tastes like an alcoholic orange split ice cream from your childhood. The orange and strawberry from the nose are present, with that lychee note turning into a creamy, ice-cream-like backbone. The hoppy nature of the beer clashes very satisfyingly with the creamy fruit body. Very nice! There's a slight alcoholic warmth and some hop burn, but it fits well with the beer.
M. There's genuine carbonic prickle but the carbonation comes across as mild and the mouthfeel is full. All is in order here.
O: This is a very enjoyable hazy IPA, one that could be happy drunk in bulk even though the 6% alcohol would certainly get you in the end.
Cheers!
