Public Offering Brewing Company

brand new brewery in an area that i thought was about maxed out, cool to pack this place in between corvus coffee and grandmas house, great little run! this space is fantastic, its obvious how much work they did on it, but cool bones, a big old brick vaulted ceiling place that probably used to sell furniture or antiques, but they stripped it pretty bare and built it back urban chic, with a central bar, neat lighting, well placed furniture for conversation, and just enough decor in general for it to feel homey despite it also being enormous. they have a cool patio out back too, but the choice seating was in the front with all the sunshine coming in the storefront windows in some low chairs, awesome place to post up. their list was neat, and i was drawn to classic styles with modern twists, a new zealand pils, a hoppy kolsch, both quite solid but not live changing, looks like agreeable easy drinking beers with a little nuance is their aim, and they seem to be hitting it. i like the glassware, the service, and the attention to detail overall, i think this place should do really well. dude was friendly, the atmosphere was super mellow on a thursday afternoon, maybe too quiet, and the selection was solid. looking forward to watching this place come into its own, they have all the makings of a neighborhood gem, well worth checking out!
