This is just off Interstate 5 in North Seattle. The interior is open, due to many windows and a tall ceiling. The brewing area is next to the bar tap area. The seating is mainly high and long wooden tables with the accompanying stools. The tap handles and to-go beer refrigerator, along with most everything are quite new and modern in appearance. The lady handling the taps was quite accommodating. Their beers run the gamut of lighter lagers - I.P.A.s to Imperial stouts, and are well made, such as their Lights Out Imperial stout.

Interesting remodel of a service station on a weird 6-way intersection. Parking can be a bit of a challenge. Service bar in the center of the building, with tables to the left, and on the front lot, and more tables in the back yard. On the right is the brewhouse with additional seating on the loft above it. 16 beers on tap, 4 and 6 packs to go. Food truck in front.

I visited Project 9 a few weeks back; I was excited to visit the new kid on the block! They had 13 draft beers plus a can pour available, plus cider and some hard seltzer concoctions. They'll even make you a michelada. Styles include several lagers, several fruited sours, two stouts, a hazy IPA and even a fruited IPA. Of what I sampled, the peach IPA and hazy IPA were standouts, though the Mexican lager was decent and the dry stout was also quite good.

It's an industrial space, I believe a former auto shop, but it's convivial and welcoming. There's also tons of outdoor seating in a nice patio area, and an upstairs seating area over the brewhouse, which is fully visible from the taproom. Service up at the bar was quick and friendly. I will definitely be returning to Project 9 one of these days.
