My dad brought this beer back from Moldova for me. From my parsing of cyrillic, this was brewed in Moscow and imported to Moldova. Here goes nothing.
A: Poured from the strange aunt jemima bottle into a pint glass. It's a fairly standard yellowish golden, clear with a small head that fades into a thin foam. As I'm writing this the rank straw scent is wafting over to me from the glass. ugh.
S: Watery, straw, corn-scented lager nastiness.
T: Not anything overly offensive. It is thin with a strange amount of sweetness for such a beer. Dunno if this is made with rice or what, but the sweetness is overpowering this otherwise bland beer. Not much hop bitterness or astringency to balance it out. Not what I was expecting.
M: Very, very watery. coats the mouth with what seems to be the extra water to bring this down to 4.7. I suppose it could be very effective for whetting one's whistle in the most utilitarian sense.
D: Not offensive as it could have been. It's no fuel oil like zaibo or any of the euro strong lagers, which is a decent change. Nothing special though.
