Like an IPA that won’t bomb your pallet. Upfront El Dorado and Nelson Sauvin hops. Pleasant, mild bitterness. Ripe tropical fruit notes. Guava and papaya.

On tap at this new brewpub. Malt forward ipa more like a well hopped english red. Toasty.reddish appearance.More approachable than their hopped up versions of styles they are not meeting.
