Our take on a Grissette – the traditional beer brewed by miners on the Franco-Belgian border. Made with yeast from Guelph’s Escarpment Labs. Copper colour. Crisp, lightly citrusy. This one’s all about the grains: oat, rye, spelt, wheat, unmalted barley.
