Pours straw gold, maybe a touch of peach, but it's a stretch. There's a little haze and a finger of frothy white head. Really nice sweet stone fruits with a touch of floral perfume, some minerals and dry fruity yeast. Damn, winning so far.
Taste is juicy sour fruits. Apricot, sour wine grapes, tangy citrus, and a touch of smooth sweet wheat and minerals.
Lighter body, fairly strong carbonation that's on the smooth side for the style.
Fantastic stuff! Not heavy on the fruit but clean and very enjoyable. Cheers, Liam!!

500ml bottle poured into wine glass 8/11/15, cheers liamt07 for sending the bottle
A milky pale yellow liquid, very lively at first and quickly calms down, just a shot lived finger of foam leaves no ace
S some peach, apricot, and tangerine, has some lemon and pineapple going on with some sauv blanc type vinous notes, smells dry and faintly sour, intriguing liquid
T everything I could smells still there, has a mineral water thing going on that works well for it, dry fruit works well with the mild sour notes
M light and spritzy, has a very fine grit and finishes fairly clean and very dry, bang on in this department
O this is some great stuff, super refreshing and has lots going on in something I could smash all day long, great stuff
Well this brew has sparked my interest in these guys for sure, very curious to what else they have brewing

Cloudy pale straw yellow, so pale its almost milky. One inch of thick stark white head that retains well. Really these bubbles are quite handsome.
Sweet fruit on the nose, peach and white grape very apparent. along with a floury doughy aroma. Sour notes as well though mild and blending with the wet dough. This smells like a beauty.
This starts off so fizzy and with white grape flavours you'd think its a spritzer. Lots of dry white wine, chardonnay notes. Sour lemon cuts aggressively through the middle, finishing tart, winey and dry. Along with the carbonation there is a nice smoothness about the mouth.
More like a sparkling wine, the sour and fruit combines perfectly with the fizzy carbonation and dry finish to make an excellent and delicate experience. Great interpretation of style with new twists. Get your hands on this if you can.

Nice beer. Both peach and apricot are up front, nicely blended together and with the beer. Moderately sour with a clear lacto flavour. Dries the mouth a bit. It reminds me a bit of a San Pellegrino Orange soda, bizarrely. Well made, enjoyable.

Hazed lightly blonde colour, 1.5 fingers of white head, some lace. Smell is fruity, apricot and fuzzy peaches, wheaty with an underlying acidity that never gets too crazy. Taste starts off with a light acidity and mildy puckering sourness, fruity and citrusy, lemon, peach and apricot are all accounted for quick dry finish, fruity aftertaste. Medium-high carbonation, spritzy, light body. Very solid, would have liked to see the fruit dialled up just a bit in the taste but still good as is, quite an impressive young brewery.
