Puree level raspberry. Pink with lace lines. On tap at the source. Saison in the finish. Would like more tartness.a bit above average mouthfeel but also a bit plastic.

Purchased at the brewery for $6.00 500ml bottle. Served at 8deg C in a tulip
A- Opens well and pours next to no head at all and what is there is gone in a minute. Nice pink unfiltered colour. Have not seen a brew this hue before. Nice
S- WOW. Yeasty good. Lovely raspberry
T- Nice summer brew. Never thought a saison could marry this well to the fruit. Nice blend guys. Worth getting and trying in the summer sun. Light and refreshing but powerful flavors.
M- Dry
O- Enjoyable. Try one it's good. Will not buy again as it is not my style but I do appricate other styles of brews and this one is good.
Food Pairing
This light and delicate brew pairs well with........ vanilla ice cream. Not the ice water stuff. Get the milk kind. It's worth it.
