Quite a nice aroma, lots of dark berries, along with some wood and leather. Taste not as good- leather gets amped up, fruit reduced. Oak. Quite dry and moderately sour, with a funky finish. I agree with MasterSki hat it does not taste like a Flanders.

Bottle from the brewery. Served in a Zwanze Day glass tulip.
A - Dark tan foam quickly settles to nothing. Very dark cola-brown body.
S - Vinous, acidic nose, with light notes of oak and musty farmhouse funk. There is a hint of roast and anise in the background, but the wild yeast and barrel dominates here.
T - The taste maintains more of the malt character, with smokey and sweet flavors mingling with the acidity. A bit of a savory BBQ sauce character that I tend to get dark, wild beers. Finish is more vinous, with currant and grape-heavy pinot flavors. Musty finish, with some medicinal and oaky astringency,
M - Oaky, tannic, and perhaps a bit thin for the listed ABV. No obvious alcohol, soft carbonation. A little bit of warming by the end of the glass.
D - Miscast as a Flanders-style beer; the malt bill is more in line with a dark Saison or a sour stout. I preferred the regular Meube, but I also don't tend to love dark sours very often. Solid brew if you are into this flavor combination.
