Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Cut Coffee who helped us select a perfect bean and roast to blend in.
Notes of dark fruits, fresh chocolate cookies, and gucci coffee. Be careful with this one!

Got this one from Pino this past summer. Thanks, man!
From a 375ml bottle into a snifter
Cut Coffee Sulawesi Coffee
APPEARANCE: A clear black pour yields a three finger, looser looking, slightly foamy tan head with decent retention. Black body with no real carbonation evident. Head slowly fades to a full, foamy cap. Plenty of foam remains until the end leaving touches of lacing as it empties.
SMELL: Coffee beans, raw coffee beans, roasted aromas, creamy aromas and some notes of green peas. Kind of an off note in there for sure.
TASTE: Raw coffee beans, sweet cream, vanilla and toffee sweetness up front. Bold finish of burnt and bitter coffee, sweet cream, roasted flavors, caramel sweetness and some roasted bitterness. Some definite green peas too, but it’s not quite as off-putting here as it is in the nose.
PALATE: Lighter body and higher levels of carbonation. Foamy on the palate, light and fizzy for sure, goes down prickly and finishes a bit sticky. Bitterness lingers. Foamy, over-carbonated and prickly.
OVERALL: The flavor showed some promise but there’s an obvious green pea quality in there that kind of spoils the show. Besides that, the feel is definitely too foamy and light for the style. Unfortunately foamy green pea stout doesn’t really do it for me, but perhaps a second batch of this one is in order, as the potential is definitely there. Thanks again, Pino! Always a pleasure.
