NE Style Tart Pale Ale
Heavily dry-hopped with our best hops: Simcoe, Vic Secret, Citra. Hazy and slightly tart, really nice balanced acidity. Less sour than Té but more tart than our APAs and IPAs!

Pours a cloudy gold with about two fingers of head. Great retention, little in the way of lacing.
Smell is sour citrus...grapefruit and lemon. Hoppy on the tail end.
Taste is tart citrus dominant, followed by some hops bitterness.
Feel is about medium with fine carbonation. Finish is dry and leaves a citrus taste.
Well, this is a decent beer, but not outstanding in any way. The tartness needs to be defined a bit more. The flavors would work better.

Short and vigourous champagne-like effervescence, producing a light, white head that is a rim in seconds. Body is opaque, like tropical fruit juice, very dull gold.
Aroma bursts out of the glass, peach and pineapple, lightly of sweet grapefruit, and citrus hops. A slight funk.
Whoa not what I expected, this is a sour! Tart and acidic, fruity, mostly of grapefruit, with some citrus hop bitterness coming in at the end. Feel is flat, poor length, and light body.
Was excited to try this, but it's not a winner. Lacks structure and body, fruit flavours aren't pleasant or defined. Going to skip trying to finish this and move on to another....

Light, tart and very juicy. Passion fruit, grapefruit, lemon. Very refreshing, easy drinking. A slight lactic flavour, but the tartness is mild though prominent.
