NE Style Tart Pale Ale w copious amounts of hand pitted Ontario apricots. Heavily dry-hopped with our best hops Mosaic, Vic Secret, & Citra. Hazy, tart, really nice balanced acidity. Highly juice.

It poured a slightly hazy gold with a small ring/collar of foam. Obviously no lacing, but there is a way the light hits this beer that makes is look fantastic. The smell was strong on apricot, along with other tart notes from the souring. The flavor was a very easy to drink mild tart fruity with the strong tones from the apricot. Feel was lighter with moderate carbonation.
Overall, a very easy to drink beer that hits all the right notes. I would recommend this one for a hot day when you want to knock a few back on the patio.

Pretty good, but both flavour and feel come across as a little thin.
