Thank you, Peter, for this beer. I am serving the beer in a tulip glass at 44 degrees. The head retention is nil after a hard pour. Charting the color near SRM 2 pale straw yellow. The clarity is clear with lots of carbonation bubbles. The appearance is average for this style.
The initial aromas are wine, horse blanket, apples, funky barn, earthiness, and lightly toasted malts. The aromas are clean.
I taste minerals, limestone, grapes, apples, funky barn, a hint of horse blankets, lightly toasted malts, floral esters, and earthiness.
The mouthfeel is acidic and dry. The body is light and has high carbonation.
I thought this beer was a wild ale, only to learn it is a wine-hybrid. I am disappointed with the ultra-light body. A firmer malt backbone would support the hefty 11% ABV. It is a tasty beer, and enjoyed sipping on it.

Pours an opaque straw. With minimal head. Plum, apple, grape on the nose. Tart, plum, wine grape, orange, apple. Thinner than expected. Very enjoyable.
