375ml bottle poured into tulip.
Pours a deep pinot noir red with half a finger of strawberry mouse coloured head that quickly disappears and leaves no lace.
Smells of red wine vinegar, raspberry jam on toast, blackberry tarts with caramel, sour cherry and a very soft barnyard funk.
Tastes of fresh tart raspberries, blackberries, cherry pie, caramel malt, more vinegar sourness and more gentle funk.
Feels mild and fizzy. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. FInishes a touch vinous.
Verdict: Vigorously recommended. Absolutely delicious, and no sign of that 7.8% alcohol anywhere.

Bottle: Poured a deep reddish color ale with a large dark pink color head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of huge raspberry and blackberry notes with some vinous notes and tart notes. Taste is a great mix of raspberry and blackberry notes with some light vinous notes, some funky yeast notes and a tart finish with no noticeable acidity. Body is full with good carbonation. I love the amount of fruits included in this beer with loads of flavours and great balance.
