Super pale, looking like a lemonade, unfiltered. Forms a light, airy, snow white head with a minute or two "ok" retention.
Mild aroma, of lemon, coriander, white sourdough bread. Reminiscent of a wheat beer.
Mild lemon juice flavour in the bitter hops, lingering nicely. Clean & pure, with light minerality tasting of mountain water. More flavour than belied by its abv. Light body, medium carbonation. Crisp feel, refreshing with it's light citrus notes and off dry finish.
Solid option for a summer session brew, and really any time you're looking for a simple light drink.
