Interesting beer both in appearance and aroma. It looks like a thin red wine, or maybe even a cranberry cocktail, with an earthy funk on the nose that's more wild ale than wine. Overall, I'm intrigued.
Taste is wonderful. Wine, but not too much. Funk, but not too much. Barrel, but again, not too much. Capping it off is a wonderful smokiness on the finish. Really, really enjoyable beer.

Bottle: Poured a purple color ale with a medium size foamy head with limited retention and not much lacing. Aroma of huge vinous notes with some oak and light tannin. Taste is also very much focus in vinous notes with some strong Cabernet notes coming out, light art notes with some tannin and oak also perceptible. Body is pretty full with good carbonation. This is almost closer to wine then beer. Enjoyable experience.
