Marleaux is a deep purple juicy beer-wine hybrid fruit festival! (Say that six times fast!)
Made from a blend of barrel aged beers that rested on Cab Franc skins, Merlot Skins + Black & Red raspberries + a splash of Cabernet Franc, there’s a lot going on in the design of this beer. We wanted to make something with a huge depth of fruit, and although we didn’t quite reach the Marianas Trench, there are some seriously deep and delightful berry flavours locked up in this beer.
Expect notes of black currant, pomegranate molasses, and organic lifestyle spritzers.
