A lager brewed with 3 bags of extra fancy sushi rice that encompasses the true spirit of crispy. Very premium, extra pale, beautifully bitter, super clean.

Draft: Poured a clear pale yellow color lager with a large white foamy head with great retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with some faint residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of clean cereal notes with some faint residual sugar notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Great lager with good drinkability even if the flavor profile is thin.
