Introducing Tricou Street, a Spiced Brown Ale that bridges the soul of New Orleans with the spirit of Kansas City. This special brew, crafted with a touch of vanilla and a dash of cinnamon, pays homage to our co-founder's roots in the Big Easy. From the heart of the Lower 9th Ward to the streets of KC, it's a fusion of flavors that unites these two vibrant cities.

Pours a dark copper brown with a nearly completely clear transparency. Head is a finger of off-white foam with fair retention. Aroma is cinnamon and vanilla with bready and caramel malts underneath. Flavor additives are a little more forward of the rest of the beer, giving it a sugary sweet aroma. Flavor profile is cinnamon and vanilla bean in droves. Bready, caramely, and earthy malts. Semi sweet but falls more towards balance at close. Overall, big time cinnamon and vanilla, almost like French toast.

16oz can. Poured out a semi-opaque, dark brown color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of vanilla, cinnamon, chocolate and roasted malt. Nice spicy taste with toasted caramel and chocolate. Very enjoyable.
