Very active pour, with lots of head that quickly settled to an almost flat beer. Crisp on the palate, this beer is loaded with apricot jam flavour mixed with a heavier overtone of butterscotch. Mouthfeel is dense and coats the tongue. No heat noticeable, despite the 11.5% abv.

Thanks to Richard for bringing this find back to Canada from Taiwan, fresh from the brewery. Looking forward to my next visit to meet these guys in person. Good stuff!
