Cloudy orange colour. White foam, low and impermanent. Melts to a thin rim and stays that way almost to the end of the tasting.
In the aroma, one can clearly smell passion fruit, followed by oranges. The aroma is highly intense, strong. As the temperature rises, yoghurt notes can be felt.
The taste is sour, seems (according to me, of course) acceptable to everyone. On the taste, the fruity notes gain in intensity.
Effervescent saturation. Texture a little rough. Medium body. Aftertaste long, sour, fruity.
