Clear bright yellow with plenty of foam in the Hopleaf goblet. Aroma is spicy and grainy with alfalfa in the nose. Malty and rich on the tongue with a touch of roasted malt. The hop flavors elevate this above the cereal taste with hints of mint, melon, and an earthy taste. This is certainly a better than average Oktoberfest brew, with the spicy tang and clean mellow flavors. From the 16 oz can purchased at Bridge and Tunnel Bottleshop in Astoria. Dated 08/21/24.
