Handsome clear golden brew with plenty of foam in the Orval chalice. Green and leafy scent with lemon-lime. Crisp light body and a distinct malty sweetness to start. Tangy finish with a sharper edge in the aftertaste. Flavors of lime peel, dry pineapple, and a bitterish woody finish. Quite easy to sip with some interesting flavors that verge on sourness eventually. From the 16 oz can purchased at Bridge and Tunnel Bottleshop in Astoria. Dated 03/06/2024.
