From a truly sick looking can.
L: Hazy gold orange body, unfiltered, with a two finger foamy head.
S: Dry cracker malt, citrus, orange blossom, honey.
T: Citrus upfront, not overly tangy or sweet, cereal malt, more citrus and light slightly bitter hops on the finish.
F: High carbonation, full mouthfeel that sort of dies off on the finish, which is dry.
O: Nothing really stands out aside from the citrus, though it’s a well balanced beer.

16oz can
Pours nearly two fingers of fluffy white head into my Willi. Retention is wonderful and a bit of head lasts for most of the glass. Lacing is great. Body is dark gold, with an active nucleation and a lot of sediment floating around. Looks fantastic.
Nose is very bready, almost toasty, with considerable proteins. Not very complex, but maltier than many other wheat beers, which is saying a lot. Smells like I’ll be chewing on this beer. Can’t exactly say it’s not to-style though. Smells decent.
Flavor is very malty and indeed toasty, which is not quite like any other wheat beer I can remember. Faint hops, maybe some lemon. Tastes good.
Carbonation is elevated. Relatively light-bodied, which is mildly surprising. Well-attenuated but not dry. Bitterness is low. Nice mouthfeel.
Drinkability is good.
By the end of the glass the toastiness has smoothed out and we’re left with a pretty classic, bready wheat beer. Hops start to peak through, but stay ambiguous. Decent little brew.
