A nice little beer that is exactly what the doctor (me) ordered in a nice day. Cloves and banana dominate and I love it. Nice and light and easy to drink.

Tirrito Farms is a beautiful place in remote Wilcox, AZ that is mostly known for wine but has a 10 barrel brewery on site. This style is a bold choice for a small brewery to make. This is not a bad Hefe, but it certainly is not in the league of a German hefe. The after taste is a bit sharp and the traditional flavors of a hefe are somewhat muted. It is easy to drink and I will do so happily.

On tap at Ground Control . Pours a slight hazed golden wheat color with a white head , a good Hefeweizen ,banana,clove wheat and malts , , mouth feel is medium carbonation with malty wheat finish.
