MARCH 2023.
33 cl can (€5)
India Pale Ale with coconut and Mosaic and Citra hops.
On the nose, clear scent of coconut.
When poured, it creates very little foam and a very light consistency, practically non-existent.
It is light yellow, completely opalescent and hazy.
In the mouth, light-bodied beer with lively, but not excessive, carbonation.
The main taste is the sweet and sweet coconut flavor which is followed by the more citrus and bitter flavors typical of the hops used (I feel more the contribution of Citra than of Mosaic, perhaps absorbed by the copious taste of coconut) which create a slight bitter sensation on the tongue, on the palate but in the end the taste that remains is that of the coconut.
The coexistence of these tastes (the predominant sweetness of the coconut and the bitterness of the hops) doesn't exactly create a perfect harmony, even if I think it reflects the purpose of the brewers.
Personal tastes aside, I find everything described on the can label.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
