Dark American Wheat
Brewed in collaboration with the folks at Gallatin Valley Malt, this is our interpretation of a traditional “Dunkleweizen” style, brewed with a distinctly local, Montana attitude. This amber-colored wheat beer is crafted entirely of Montana-grown and-malted grains and Montana-grown hops; including Roasted Wheat, Munich, Pilsner, and Wheat Malts from Gallatin Valley Malts and Magnum hops from Bell Crossing Farms in the Bitterroot Valley. Fermented with a clean American Ale yeast strain to allow the malts to shine. 6% abv, 20 IBU
