Another really good Pilsner in the German Style but with American hops. Clear golden amber brew with plenty of foam in the GameCraft Pilsner glass. Quite nice aromatics in the citrus and peach vein. Pleasant cereal taste with some fruity hints of green apricot and a touch of pineapple. Some slight astringency and just a bit of malty sweetness. Moderate bitter aftertaste. Sudsy and lively on the tongue. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Not dated.
