A nice, sharp Bavarian lager. Clear, golden color with bountiful carbonation, a nice thick head at first pour, fades to just a skin, with lacing on the sides of the glass. Some bitterness remains on the tongue for quite a while. Tasty and tart, a good quaff, but probably hard to find outside of Franconia.
