A rather pedestrian German dunkel lager, nothing really stands out to set this apart from the rest of the pack. It's hard to find a bad bier in Germany, but the really good ones immediately stand out. So this very drinkable, and wouldn't be out of place next to a schnitzel and some bratkartoffeln, but not the best of breed.
