The bottle I got was slightly past its best by date, so possibly that is the reason for its non-existent head and weak carbonation. Slightly sour taste, traces of the normal hefe bouquet. Wanted to get this one on the database, so I'll review it, but don't judge based on this input. I truly think this is a bad bottle. Decent output form this Bavarian brewery, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.... never done this before, but it's a drain pour. Ouch!
