If you appreciate lambics, do not miss this place! Top-notch lambic style blends in small batches that allow for some good variety. Kyle, the brewer, does a fantastic job. His knowledge and passion for this style is apparent as his beer is on par with some of the best lambic I’ve had anywhere.
