Copper-colored body with a sticky, persistent white head; lots of fine carbonation rising in the glass. Pungent fruit, citrus, and some pine resin aroma notes; sweetbread. Warm bread flavors with a dulled pine undertone and a crisp hop bitterness at the finish. Medium-bodied, crisp, clean, and dry.
A tasty, multi-faceted IPA offering. Enough depth and complexity to keep things interesting. I wish the bottle label or brewing web site offered more info about the actual style and ABV, but sometimes it's nice to just forget about the details of a beer and just kick back and enjoy the fruits of the brewer's efforts. This is such a beer.
