22 oz bottle
Pours a cloudy brown/copper color body with a nice 1 inch off white head
Smell is not very pronounced .I'm getting a very faint pine.
Really bitter taste (and not a good bitter I'm afraid). It's not exactly a hop bitterness... Could this unpasteurized beer have gone bad ? Really bad aftertaste that won't go away...
Feel is full in that non filtered sort of way
Overall; If the only thing a beer has going for it are appearance and feel I think we got a problem here...I just couldn't get around the bitter aftertaste that lingered like a hooker that won't leave in the morning.
I really wanted to like this locally brewed beer. I can't find any expiration date info on the bottle but there's got to be a quality control issue .
