Quite a dark amber color with a nice enough head in the Gulpener tulip. Pleasant aroma of resiny hops. Average fizzy carbonation in the mouth.

This has the browned biscuit taste with a good dose of hops. Some leafy and slightly dark flavors with a distinct bitter aftertaste. A tart edge and light, almost watery body. Woody hints.

Michael “Whip” Wilton, guitar player for Queensrÿche, is credited for "personally formulating" the beer. I have to say that this is nothing special. It may possibly be enhanced by certain guitar notes played at extremely high volume.

This or something like it was formerly made by Diamond Knot Brewing. From the 12 oz can purchased at Special Brews in Lynnwood, WA.
