I had this beer on-tap in an IPA glass at the taproom in Redmond.
Appearance: medium-dark brown hue with a clear body and a thick finger of light tan foam atop.
Smell: moderately sweet, caramelly aroma. Not too complex, but nice.
Taste: a little bit sweet with a nice caramel character and a bit of yeastiness. Bitterness is low but nicely balanced. A good schwarzbier!
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a tasty and drinkable schwarzbier!
