A short walk from Saltfire. Located in an industrial part of town, Tap room is a blend of the brewhouse with a Long bar and a small seating area. Small lively crap focused on the football game on the screen. Service is very attentive and while they have limited taps, they do offer bit of variance. Service is prompt, but they do offer a limited food menu. Well worth a visit if you're in this part of town.

new to me brewery in this booming craft market, utah gets no love but it should, some really good beer happening there right now, and it was cool to pop into this unassuming little spot for a couple. sort of a strip mall look from the outside, plenty of parking, a nice sunny patio out front, a long and narrow orientation inside with a bar running the whole length of the place and the fermenters just right there on the other side, very much a modest and working brewery vibe, but its comfortable inside, lots of natural light, chill and easy place to relax and post up. bartender was friendly, beer list was small, just a handful of offerings, but i liked both i had, a wet hop amber and a strawberry rhubarb sour that really hit, i think approachable beers but also innovative enough to be interesting, its always weird to walk into a new place and have it be like amber and pale and blonde, like the world needs more of those? anyhow, they have a nice approach here, and the execution was solid. good conversation with the bartender, good energy here, and a place that i think fills a niche in the local scene. i will look forward to my next visit and seeing what they do next in the brewery, great prices, good times! salt lake has become a beer city!

Very cool spot on the south side of town with a nice parking lot. (a rarity in SLC) Long service bar against the back wall and picnic tables opposite the bar and on a covered patio in the parking lot... small lounge area off to the right. Only 6 beers on tap, and nothing in cans yet, but soon... Tried all of them, solid stuff... I especially liked the Ancient Ale and the Cascadian. Brewer/owner was very personable and a wealth of beer knowledge. I learned a bunch about Utah's draconian beer laws... Great time..
